Fruit Loop

This morning I went to the grocery store to buy fruit. Well, really just to buy apricots. I ended up finding a lovely mango as well. And then I spotted feta, which I haven't had in forever, and decided to get things to make a pizza. But in the beginning there was a pound of apricots, and smitten kitchen turned it into this. Which I'm planning to bake Tuesday night, if I can wait until then.
